The idea for this logo comes from the company that stands for cruelty free make up. I thought the name Fauna and then the logo as a deer would work because it is non animal tested and a baby deer is a fawn so that makes the most sense. Although the logo does not include anything really to do with make up, the eyelashes are a little long and full looking to make them look pretty. I chose this dark teal because it seemed more natural and easier to look at than a normal green color. Since the company stands for all natural kind of products, the font has the handwritten look to it. Overall, the design should look inviting and give off the look of something natural and to do with animal friendly. Other make up company's choose to advertise models and have very feminine looks but this just stands as a friendly invite to the products. I included a few of my sketches that i started with for my logo. Although I ended up using one of them on this, you can see my process through the different style of deer.
